2022 Housing Program

Rogue Valley Habitat for Humanity is excited to begin Phase 2 of building within the impacted areas of the September 2020 Almeda Fire and to offer our home ownership program to those displaced by the disaster.

This application opportunity is restricted to families that were directly impacted and displaced by the 2020 Almeda Fire. Habitat is selecting four Partner Families in Phase 2 of our Almeda Home Ownership Program.

Applicant(s) must not have owned Real Property within the last three years.

(For purpose of this application, a manufactured home where the space was rented is not considered Real Property and would qualify).

At least one of the program applicants must legally reside in the United States with Permanent Resident status or United States Citizenship. This person must also be the source of the qualifying income.

Please click the button below to view and/or download the Application and/or our Qualification Guide for more info about household income limits, credit requirements, etc.

It is important to review the FRONT AND BACK cover sheet of the application for special instructions and details about submitting your application!

If you missed our virtual orientation on April 26, please feel free to watch a recording of that presentation below. It has a TON of great information.

Applications are available in both English and Spanish. You may also pickup printed applications from our office and in our Restore or download and print them from our website.

Housing applications are due Friday, May 27th, 2022 by 5pm.
