2021 Housing Program
In 2021 Rogue Valley Habitat for Humanity is excited to begin two build projects within the impacted areas of the September 2020 Almeda Fire and to offer our home ownership program to those displaced by the disaster.
On Wednesday, April 28th at 6:30pm we will host a virtual orientation via ZOOM. This informational orientation will be presented in English and Spanish and will be recorded (recording will be posted to our website). We will provide an overview of Habitat and our mission, the home ownership program qualification standards for 2021 and the application process and requirements.
This application opportunity will be restricted to families that were directly impacted and displaced by the 2020 Almeda Fire.
Applicant(s) must not have owned Real Property within the last three years.
(For purpose of this application, a manufactured home where the space was rented is not considered Real Property and would qualify).
Please click the button below to view and/or download our Qualification Guide for more info about household income limits, credit requirements, etc.
