Beach Creek (Ashland) - Houses 80 & 81
It is exciting for our team to be back building in Ashland again after many years. We know the cost of housing in Ashland is unaffordable for most and certainly unaffordable for low income families. This build within the Beach Creek subdivision is going to consist of two homes and the families for these homes have already been patiently waiting as we navigated some delays early on. Construction is in full swing and we are anxiously watching the progress and could use more volunteers. Once finished, these homes will be purchased by two very deserving families via our special Habitat mortgage process. As these houses become homes, we encourage you to follow along on social media!
With the continued support of the community, we are looking forward to giving a hand-up opportunity to future families in need.
Dove Place (Rogue River) - Houses 82 & 83
Our team is proud to announce that this project is COMPLETE!
November 1st, 2024 marks a new beginning as both families signed their closing documents and officially became homeowners! We’re thrilled to welcome the Foote Family and the Corbin-Cooper Family to their new Habitat homes. This milestone wouldn’t be possible without the hard work, dedication, and support of our incredible volunteers, donors, and community.
The dedications occurred on November 2nd, 2024 in Rogue River to celebrate with these amazing families amazing achievment!
Almeda Survivor Build Phase 2 - Houses 77 & 78
This project is COMPLETE and these homes were dedicated and sold to their new owners on September 30th, 2023. Thank you to everyone who donated to this project and volunteered on this build.
Home #77(home of the Garcia Family) was part of our Almeda Recovery Program phase 2.
Home #78 (home of the Reyes-Medina Family) was part of our Almeda Recovery Program phase 2.
These two homes are on Ganges Dr in Talent and, once complete, will purchased by the Reyes-Medina and Garcia families. These families are both so grateful for all of the support they received form our generous community. These families are both first time home buyers and we are so excited to turn this tragedy into a dream come true.

Home #75 (home of the Diaz Family) was part of our Almeda Recovery Program.
These first two homes are on Arnos Rd in Talent and, once complete, will purchased by the Diaz and Garcia families. These families are both first time homebuyers and we are excited to help them turn this tragedy into a dream come true.

Home #76 (home of the Rodriguez Family) was part of our Almeda Recovery Program.
This home on Northridge Terrace in Medford was our fourth home for survivors of the 2020 Almeda fire. The Rodriguez family are first time homebuyers and we are excited to have helped them turn this tragedy into a dream come true.

This project is COMPLETE and these homes were dedicated and sold to their new owners on Sept 23, 2021. Thank you to everyone who donated to this project and volunteered on this build.

This project is COMPLETE and these homes were dedicated and sold to their new owners on June 24, 2020. Thank you to everyone who donated to this project and volunteered on this build. Three more safe and affordable Habitat homes!
