Rogue Valley Habitat for Humanity is excited to announce that we have scheduled an open application window for our final two homes in our Ashland build.

We are seeking eager and willing Partner Families to become the future owners of these two-story, three bedroom, zero-lot-line homes off of Williamson Way in Ashland. 

Information listed below will answer many questions regarding the requirements needed to qualify for this specific 2025 homeownership opportunity. Many other questions will be answered at the in-person orientation or you may find answers by reviewing our "frequently asked questions" section on this website.

Applicants must currently reside OR work in Jackson County to be considered for partnership in our housing program.

Ashland must be a viable living location for the applicant. 

 

Applicant(s) must not have owned Real Property within the last three years.

(For purpose of this application, a manufactured home where the space was rented is not considered Real Property and would qualify).

At least one of the program applicants must legally reside in the United States with Permanent Resident status or United States Citizenship. This person must also be the source of the qualifying income. 

Habitat for Humanity will be hosting an in-person, informational orientation session to mark the opening of the 30-day application window. At the orientation we will we present the exciting details for this project, the details of the Habitat homeownership program and our qualification guidelines, as well as review and explain the application.

When:   Thursday, June 26th - Doors open at 6pm, Presentation begins at 6:30

Where:   First United Methodist Church of Ashland 

                           175 N Main St Ashland, OR 97520 - in the Wesley Hall

Who:   Jackson County residents interested in an affordable home ownership opportunity!

Register for Orientation

This orientation is not required but is strongly recommended.

If you are unable to attend the orientation, a video recording of the event will be uploaded to this page on Friday, June 27th for your reference and information.​

The application will be available to download and print or pick up from our office on June 26, 2025. 

Once the application window is officially open, you can pick up printed copies of the application from the flyer box next to the front door of our Admin Office (2201 S Pacific Hwy Medford 97501) or in our ReStore during normal business hours.

Completed applications are be due by

4pm on Friday, July 25th, 2025.
