2023 Housing Program

Rogue Valley Habitat for Humanity is excited to be back in Rogue River and ready to build two more homes in our Dove Place subdivision.

Applications are currently available to download and print in both English and Spanish. 

Printed applications are also available at the Habitat Admin office and at the ReStore.

(Printed applications available outside of the Admin office 24/7)

Please take a moment to review the Qualification Guides and the information listed below regarding the guidelines for these next two homes in Rogue River.

A complete application will include the required supporting documentation listed on the cover sheet of the application. Please do NOT submit original documents! Copies are required because you will not be getting submitted items returned to you. Thank you. 

Applicants must currently reside OR work in Jackson County to be considered for partnership in our housing program.

Rogue River must be a viable living location for the applicant. 

The size of this unit must be appropriate for the size of your household. Applicants must have a minimum household size of three individuals.

 

Applicant(s) must not have owned Real Property within the last three years.

(For purpose of this application, a manufactured home where the space was rented is not considered Real Property and would qualify).

At least one of the program applicants must legally reside in the United States with Permanent Resident status or United States Citizenship. This person must also be the source of the qualifying income. 

It is important to review the FRONT AND BACK cover sheet of the application for special instructions and details about submitting your application!

Housing applications are due Friday, July 21st, 2023 by 5pm.
