2023 Housing Program

Rogue Valley Habitat for Humanity is excited to be back in Rogue River and ready to build two more homes in our Dove Place subdivision. 

Habitat will be hosting an informational orientation for all program applicants on Wednesday, June 21st, 2023 both in person and online via Zoom. During this orientation we will provide an overview of Habitat and our mission, the housing program qualification standards for this project and the application process and requirements. 

This orientation is not required but strongly recommended.

We will email you meeting info and ZOOM link 48 hours prior to the meeting. If you are unable to attend this meeting, this orientation will be recorded and the playback will be available on our website.

Applicants must currently reside OR work in Jackson County to be considered for partnership in our housing program.

Rogue River must be a viable living location for the applicant. 

The size of this unit must be appropriate for the size of your household. Applicants must have a minimum household size of three individuals.


Applicant(s) must not have owned Real Property within the last three years.

(For purpose of this application, a manufactured home where the space was rented is not considered Real Property and would qualify).

At least one of the program applicants must legally reside in the United States with Permanent Resident status or United States Citizenship. This person must also be the source of the qualifying income. 

It is important to review the FRONT AND BACK cover sheet of the application for special instructions and details about submitting your application!


Will be available online beginning June 21st

Applications are available in both English and Spanish. You may also pickup printed applications from our office and in our Restore or download and print them from our website. 

Housing applications are due Friday, July 21st, 2023 by 5pm.
